It’s been five years since my last post. Not because I stopped building things. I’ve been deep in product work, leading Android rewrites, designing systems, and introducing new ways of working to the teams I’ve been part of. Writing just fell off the radar.

The internet isn’t short on content these days — but I want to share what I’ve learned at the intersection of development, product design, and building things close to users.

So I’m picking it back up.

First on the list: a post about why I think shaping work beats estimating it — and how Shape Up has changed the way I approach product development. Stay tuned.
